Training: Food Safety - HACCP


Advanced Compliance Services offers specialist food safety courses to the food industry. All courses are individually designed and tailored for the client. Our consultants have spent many years as food safety compliance managers in the food industry both at manufacturing and retailing level working for very large PLC companies both in Ireland and the UK . Our consultants are RIPH (Royal Institute of Public Health) registered and have a deep knowledge of Irish legislation and have trained with Teagasc (A griculture and Food Development Authority in Ireland ). They have detailed knowledge of the BRC, ISO standards.


Course Content:

  • Introduction to HACCP

  • Benefits of HACCP

  • Legislation in food industry

  • Pre-requisites of HACCP

  • Irish standards

  • HACCP (7 principles)

  • How to develop a HACCP management system

  • Documentation and records

  • Auditing of HACCP

Eligibility: Any person wishing to be become an occupational first aider.
Course Duration: 4 hours

Course Duration: 1 Day

This course can be offered in-house and tailored to the clients' specific needs. It is a legal requirement that FBO's (food business operators) have a working knowledge of HACCP.
