Training: Fire Safety


This course is intended for all employees in a workplace. The course will provide fire safety awareness to all employees and the means to protect themselves in the event of fire. Under current legislation notably the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 all employers must provide training for emergencies and Serious and imminent dangers . This course has been specifically designed to assist employers comply with this requirement.

Course Content:

  • Legislation

  • Fire Chemistry

  • Different classes of fires

  • Fire extinguishers types and their use

  • Actions in the event of fire

  • Fire prevention in the workplace/home

  • Evacuation procedures

Eligibility: All employees in the workplace.

Course Duration: 4 Hours

All our consultants delivering this course have come from highly regulated industries and have vast experience in fire safety. Consultants delivering this course have been involved in emergency and business continuity planning in large organisations.
