John Deane is a principal partner in Advanced Compliance Services. A former employee of a large International telecommunications company with responsibility for health and safety throughout many sites within the organisation.John formed a health and safety company after leaving his former employment and established a training centre for fork lift training. This centre went from strength to strength and was accredited to the RTITB (Road Transport Institute Training Board) and is currently accredited for in- centre and off site training. John has been involved in training with many of Ireland 's leading companies both private and Semi State and is a FÁS approved company for the provision of lift truck training. John is a member of the RTITB and a certified instructor at all levels including “Train the Trainer”. John is a registered FAS Trainer.

Alan Deane is a graduate of DCU and is a certified manual handling instructor. Alan is currently studying for his occupational first aid certificate and is currently a student in Sligo IT. Alan is currently learning his profesional expertise with experienced consultants within the company.

Kevin Dunne is a structural engineer by profession and is a graduate of DIT Bolton Street . Has spent a considerable amount of time working with large Irish companies in the structural and civil engineering arenas. Kevin is a qualified BER assessor and has moved into the health and safety field in a training and consultancy capacity. A dedicated knowledgeable consultant he brings vast experience to Advanced Compliance Services in both the PSDP and PSCS disciplines.
